We expect a year lease, however you may pay $90

We do require an application (MS Word format) for
every adult who wishes to live in our units. There
is a $25 non-refundable application fee per adult,
which helps cover the cost of processing the
application and credit check. The application is
usually given at the time the apartment is viewed.

signed contract and the balance due (ie deposit, remaining
rent) is due within 2
business days of acceptance.
We will accept mailed applications (but not
email--they must be signed) as long as they are

check). If you fail the credit check the rent will
be returned to you--but it will not
be returned if you pass but change your mind about

within 2 business days (at the latest) of the
application date. We will not take it off
the market until we have received the certified
